児童ポルノをアメリカ並に禁止したら
比例的に児童ポルノ犯罪が増えるのは確定的なのは周知だと思うけど

それをどうやってアメリカは抑え込んでいるのかというと
性犯罪者の氏名、住所、写真が公開され
ネットで誰でもいつでも閲覧可能になるという罰則で抑え込んでいる。
州によっては玄関の表札に性犯罪者が住んでいますっていう目印が必要なとこもある。

要はおでこに性犯罪者っていう文字の刺青を彫ってるのと同じこと。

性衝動は本能であり不治の病だから抑止力としてはそれぐらい必要ってこと。

これぐらいの抑止力を日本でも出来るか？っていうのを先に議論しないで
児童ポルノの規制を強化しちゃったら
たくさんの児童が性犯罪者の餌食にされるのは確実。

将来的に社会的に大規模な反ロリコン活動が巻き起こり、その時に、誰がビジネス的に得するのかというと、反ロリコン活動の筆頭者であるアグネス。
